Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Items returned in worn, damaged, or altered condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs may be covered by the customer, depending on the reason for return and the condition of the item
  • For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
  • Any applicable return shipping costs will be communicated during the return process
Refunds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
